  • Resources

    Tutoring and Learning Commonsmanages the Writing Center, Math Lab, Nursing Tutoring, Science Tutoring, Engineering Tutoring, Department of Languages Tutoring, Communication & Presentation Coaching, Music Tutoring, and more:

    Student Health and Counseling Center: individual counseling and medication management provided by licensed counselors. Counseling sessions are available at no additional cost and are available via telehealth through Talkspace. You can call 907-786-4040 to schedule an appointment.

    Psychological Services Center: behavioral health training clinic for 色情网站 graduate students in the M.S. in Clinical Psychology and the Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology programs. The PSC is available on a sliding fee scale to the public across all communities of Alaska as well as 色情网站 students, staff, and faculty. You can call 907-786-1795 to schedule an appointment.

    a free, peer-to-peer mental health support community which is available online, 24/7, and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly. Includes resources and tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, depression and many more.

    Seawolf Essentials: basic need resources such as hygiene products, cold weather essentials, emergency food, and more. Items are free for 色情网站 students. Seawolf Essentials is open Tuesday-Thursday, 9-10 a.m. and Wednesday-Thursday, 1-3 p.m., located in the Student Union Hub Office 142L. Check in at the Hub front desk or head down the hall to the right to find the center.

    Seawolf Food Pantryserves all 色情网站 students who are experiencing some type of food insecurity and provides a three-day supply of shelf-stable food for individuals and households of up to four people. The food pantry can be used twice every month by each 色情网站 student. 

    Emergency Food Cache: Student Health & Counseling Center, Rasmuson Hall 120

    : Food Bank of Alaska provides assistance with applying for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and answering questions

     (Women, Infants, and Children program): a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers and young children. Provides nutrition education and electronic benefits to buy free, healthy food鈥.
